We want every drape to feel right. If something isn’t quite working — the size, the
colour, the fit — we’ve made it simple to return or exchange your order.
Return
Changed your mind? We accept returns
on eligible products. Your item must be
unused, unwashed, and in its original
packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re
happy to exchange. Reach out to us
within the return window and we’ll sort
it out for you.
Please note — customised orders are !nal
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on sarees that have been customised with any of the following add-on services. Since these are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept them back once the work has been carried out.

Reach out to our team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your details & media
Mention your order number and let us know whether you’d like a return or an exchange. Please also attach clear photos and a short video of the product — this helps us process your request faster.

Pack & ship
Once confirmed, send the item back in its original condition and packaging. Shipping
instructions will be shared by our team.

On receiving the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business
days.
